President’s Message — Operation Elevate

Operation Elevate marked a defining step forward for Melhem Holdings and its subsidiaries. The discussions reinforced a clear reality: we are no longer operating within limited boundaries. We are building a globally positioned institution with the scale, discipline, and ambition to expand across the Middle East and Africa while strengthening our strategic ties with Europe.

The meeting brought strong alignment across leadership. We conducted a focused review of Q1 performance, evaluated deliverables across all divisions, and addressed execution gaps with urgency and precision. What stood out was not only the progress made, but the shared commitment to raise standards, accelerate timelines, and take full ownership of outcomes.

Our direction is now sharper. Expansion into the Middle East and Africa will be approached with structure and intent, targeting high-impact opportunities across healthcare, research, and operational infrastructure. At the same time, we are advancing relationships in Europe to ensure we are connected to leading institutions, capital networks, and regulatory ecosystems that strengthen our global position.

Each division has left the meeting with clear mandates. Projects are no longer isolated efforts, they are part of a coordinated system driving growth, innovation, and measurable impact. Expectations have been elevated. Execution must follow.

Operation Elevate was not a discussion. It was a reset. A realignment. A commitment to operate at a higher level as one unified institution.
