(“Melhem Scientific”) is issuing this notice to inform the public that George Chris Armache, also publicly known as Chris Armache, who previously served Melhem Scientific in the capacity of “Interim Associate President,” is, as of the date of this notice, no longer affiliated, associated, or connected with Melhem Scientific, Inc. or any related Melhem entity, including Melhem Holdings, in any capacity.

Mr. Armache has no authority, and never had authority, to bind, represent, or act on behalf of Melhem Scientific, Inc. or any Melhem entity in any contractual, financial, or legal matter.

Additionally, Tutorak, a business/organization recently launched by George Chris Armache, is in no way owned, operated, sponsored, licensed, or otherwise affiliated with Melhem Scientific, Inc. or Melhem Holdings; Tutorak is a separate and independent venture of Mr. Armache’s with no connection to Melhem Scientific, Inc. or any Melhem entity.

Any representations, communications, solicitations, or statements made by Mr. Armache on behalf of Melhem Scientific, Inc. or any Melhem entity, or purporting to be made on their behalf, are unauthorized and should not be relied upon.

This notice is published to protect the public, donors, sponsors, partners, and other stakeholders from confusion regarding Mr. Armache’s current status with respect to Melhem Scientific, Inc. and its affiliated entities.
